RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Upon receipt of recruitment order from our client Companies, first of all, we shall obtain recruitment permission from the office the Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan (concerned authority). After obtaining permission from Protector’s Office, legally we shall be in position to initiate recruitment activities.
  • After grant of Recruitment permission, we shall advertise vacancies in Newspapers and will collect CVs from interested candidates. We shall then send suitable CVs to concerned client Company for required positions, for their evaluation and short-listing for interviews. After short-listing of suitable candidates, client Company will send us SHORT-LIST of these candidates. We shall issue Call-Letters to the short-listed candidates for their interviews by Recruitment Team of client Company.
  • The Recruitment Team of client Company shall visit Pakistan and shall make final selection on the basis of tests/interviews of candidates.
  • After final selection, we will conduct medical check-up of selected workers under our strict supervision according to required standard of client Company.
  • Finally, we shall send scanned color copies of Passports + Medical Fitness Reports + Photographs to client Company for issuance of their visas.

REQUIRED TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF CVs

We shall require 10 - 12 days’ time for submission of CVs to client Company. The counting of time shall start after receipt of original PA & DL from client Company.
