 Job Responsibilities :

Maintenance Technical Activities

• Execute mechanical maintenance activities and follow up on inspection activities as per the maintenance schedule.
• Apply mechanical maintenance programs to ensure smooth plant operations and equipment health while minimizing costs.
• Inspect and identify defects/issues in mechanical equipment to ensure proper function and compliance with operating standards.
• Assess defects/issues and determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced.
• Make temporary or permanent repairs to ensure equipment functionality and compliance.
• Carry out emergency/unscheduled diagnosis and repairs to ensure equipment availability.
• Regularly calibrate equipment per ISO9001 to ensure proper calibration and equipment reliability.
• Inspect tools and equipment to ensure good working condition.
• Coordinate with production and electrical maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance plans without affecting production.
• Overhaul mechanical equipment to ensure availability during scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment after repair work.

Data Recording and Analysis

• Record inspection results and perform data analysis to ensure plant and equipment data is available.

Reporting

• Report abnormal observations to senior colleagues for appropriate action.
• Provide clear handovers to the next shift on maintenance activities, equipment operation, and conditions.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Comply with safety, health, and environmental procedures, reporting concerns and incidents to ensure safe work practices and achieve zero-incident objectives.

Policies, Processes, and Procedures

• Follow relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for the EFCC mechanical section.
