The full cycle takes 8-16 weeks: requirements (1 week), candidate selection (2 weeks), visa processing (4-6 weeks), language training (concurrent), deployment (1 week).

Do the workers speak Russian?

All foremen receive A2 Russian training (functional workplace communication, safety vocabulary). Regular workers receive basic instruction. The program is funded by IMP.

What trades are available?

Does my company need a license to hire foreign workers?
