Job description
District Maintenance Manager for a large hypermarket / supermarket chain in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (visa: Tamkeen Al Musanadah).
You will lead maintenance across several stores: HVAC and commercial refrigeration, electrical distribution, generators, plumbing, fire protection and civil works. You will own the preventive maintenance plans, contractors and SLAs, budgets, KPIs and the CMMS.
Requires a degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering and maintenance management experience in hypermarkets, supermarkets, retail chains or malls.
Salary SAR 7,000 per month. Free accommodation, transport and medical. 2-year contract. Total cost: PKR 3,50,000 (visa, protector and ticket included). Requirements
