What Is a Work Visa Authorisation on Enjaz?
A work visa authorisation is an electronic authorisation the Saudi establishment creates on the MOFA visa platform (Enjaz), linking an issued work visa to one specific external recruitment office in the sending country. Without it, no office in Pakistan can see the visa or submit passports for stamping at the Saudi Embassy, because the embassy accepts the file only from the authorised office.
The service is officially called "authorise an external recruitment office on a work visa" and is done after the visa is issued on Qiwa and its fees are paid. Islamic Manpower Promoters (IMP) is a licensed external recruitment office in Pakistan (OEP licence 0972/RWP since 1990) and a Saudi Embassy Dropbox #011 partner; establishments authorise it directly, with no Saudi intermediary.

Checking a Visa Authorisation
In the visa enquiry service on the visa platform (visa.mofa.gov.sa), enter the visa number and CR number to see the visa status and the authorised external office. On our side, we notify you as soon as the visa appears in the IMP account and quote the request number in every message.
Cancelling the Authorisation or Changing the Office
Cancellation or transfer to another office is done in the same service on Enjaz. Whether it is possible depends on the visa and file status, so contact us before cancelling to avoid disrupting passports already submitted for stamping.
