UAE Embassy Attestation
UAE Embassy Attestation in Pakistan — from PKR 32,000 per Document
IMP submits your Pakistani documents to the UAE Embassy in Islamabad and completes the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation for one per-document price of PKR 32,000, in about five working days. HEC, IBCC, NADRA and Pakistan MOFA attestation are prerequisites and are priced separately.
What UAE Embassy Attestation Covers
UAE Embassy attestation is the legalisation of Pakistani documents for use in the United Arab Emirates — employment visas and labour cards, family sponsorship, university admission, professional licensing and company formation all require it. The embassy will only stamp a document that has already been attested by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which in turn requires the document's issuing authority (HEC for degrees, IBCC for school certificates, NADRA for civil records) to have attested it first.
For a document to be accepted in the UAE it needs two stamps at this stage: the UAE Embassy in Islamabad and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UAE MOFA). IMP's per-document price covers both, so what you receive back is ready for use with your employer, sponsor or the relevant UAE authority.
The embassy stage usually takes about five working days; legal and commercial documents can take longer. Attested documents must be collected within 45 days of completion, or we courier them to you anywhere in Pakistan for the courier charge.

The Process
UAE Attestation Step-by-Step
Issuing-authority attestation
Degrees are e-attested by HEC (online, Rs 3,000 per document); Matric, Intermediate and 3-year diplomas by IBCC; civil records are NADRA-issued and, for marriage, carry the Union Council's signature and stamp. IMP handles these steps if you have not done them.
Pakistan MOFA attestation
Every document is legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan before the UAE Embassy will accept it. IMP handles the submission in Islamabad.
UAE Embassy attestation in Islamabad
IMP submits the MOFA-attested document with CNIC and passport copies to the UAE Embassy. The PKR 32,000 per-document price starts here.
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation
The same price includes the UAE MOFA stamp, so the document comes back fully legalised for use in the Emirates.
Collection or delivery
Collect from our Rawalpindi or Islamabad office within 45 days, or have the documents couriered to you anywhere in Pakistan for the courier charge. WhatsApp updates at each stage.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does UAE Embassy attestation cost in Pakistan?+
From PKR 32,000 per document through IMP. That covers attestation by the UAE Embassy in Islamabad and by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including our handling. HEC, IBCC, NADRA and Pakistan MOFA attestation are separate prerequisites. Commercial and legal documents are quoted individually. Prices were reviewed on 2 September 2026.
What must be done before the UAE Embassy will attest my degree?+
The degree must carry HEC's e-attestation (now fully online at eservices.hec.gov.pk, Rs 3,000 per document) and then Pakistan MOFA attestation. Matric and Intermediate certificates go through IBCC instead of HEC. IMP can complete both steps for you.
How long does UAE attestation take?+
About five working days at the embassy stage; legal and commercial documents may take longer. If HEC or IBCC and Pakistan MOFA are still pending, ask us for a full-chain estimate for your document set.
Do NADRA documents need special preparation?+
Yes. Birth and family registration certificates must be NADRA-issued (computerised), and a marriage certificate — NADRA MRC or Nikah Nama — must carry the Union Council's signature and stamp before Pakistan MOFA attestation. Send us a scan if you are unsure your certificate qualifies.
Can I submit at the UAE Consulate in Karachi?+
IMP's priced route is the UAE Embassy in Islamabad. Submission through the Karachi consulate can be arranged on request; ask us on WhatsApp for the current timeline.
What if I do not collect my documents in time?+
