Construction is IMP's largest sector by volume. Since 1990, we have deployed over 20,000 construction workers to mega-projects across the Gulf, including airports, metro systems, hospitals, stadiums, and residential mega-developments.

We supply the complete construction workforce: masons, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, finish carpenters, scaffolders, painters, tile setters, waterproofers, heavy equipment operators, and general laborers. Our workers are trained in international safety standards and familiar with Gulf construction practices.

For large-scale projects requiring 100+ workers, we offer managed mobilization services including bulk recruitment, group medical clearance, batch visa processing, and coordinated deployment. Our 30-day mobilization timeline is among the fastest in the industry.
